		<description>Heather--HI!!  Your post is so true.  I agree with finding the time to do the things is quite a challenge.  I am an ITS for 4 Elementary schools, and I find it hard to train grade levels all day, catch-up on emails (is that possible) and complete an online class--along with having a home life--to be very challenging. 		<description>Love podcasting!! Last year was our first foray into podcasting and it has been enthusiastically received by our teacher and students. We are not a MAC District so the learning curve for teachers has been a little more challenging to create feeds. 
I also love the idea of teachers bringing a student to professional development class! How cool!</description>
